Offering ongoing, supportive, group therapy in the Plano area. An eclectic mix of education, information, and process group.

Tuesdays 4pm to 5:30pm

Cost $35 per session.

Please call to ask about joining either of these groups.

Individual therapy Tuesday & Thursday evenings
and Saturday mornings until noon. 50 minutes - $100-$150

Former IT professional turned counselor. Currently working with groups, individuals, couples, men, women, adolescents in Plano/Frisco and surrounding areas.

Will work with you to increase coping skills for depression, anxiety and other concerns.
