FIRST APPOINTMENT
How to Schedule

Use the Contact section to call, text, or email me to schedule a time to meet. Often, I will be unable to answer the phone because I am with other clients or my family. I will get back to you as soon as I can, typically within 24 hours.

This next part is very important:

Fees

My focus is on the patient rather than on insurance. At this time, I am not paneled with any insurance companies. Therefore Eller Therapy & Counseling PLLC is considered out of network for all insurance carries.  I can provide you with a receipt and a billing code (CPT) which you can submit to your insurance company. In many cases, you may receive reimbursement for out of network services. Payment is expected at the time of your visit.
Unless otherwise negotiated, the standard fee schedule applies.

Where to Go

Please arrive at the agreed upon time a few minutes early. Enter through the main entrance of the Yeager building at 8105 Razor Boulevard. The office is on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, there is a small seating area. If you take the elevator, simply head down the hall to your right and look for the seating area just past the stairs. Please wait there and I will come out to greet you. It is important for your privacy, and the privacy of others, that you do not come directly to the office suite.
What to Expect

The first session is always about getting to know each other. I need to understand what your concerns are, what, if any, counseling you've had previously, and what you want to accomplish. Don't worry, most people don't know how to answer that last one.
I need to determine if your are a good fit for what I can offer. You need to determine if I am someone you think you can work with. I always say, finding a good therapist is like finding a good doctor/lawyer/hair-stylist - I have to be someone you think you can trust.
